Shipping and Refund Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email. Any delays due to postal service problems that are outside our control will be relayed to you when they are made known to us.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE USPS First Class shipping on orders of $200 or more.

The following is our normal Shipping Options:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

The Sacred Hart only ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

When electing for UPS Shipping, be aware that UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box, elect for USPS First Class.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Sacred Hart is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. The Sacred Hart will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address, and we cannot recover the package.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer, so they can provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Delays & Lost Packages

The Sacred Hart is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in locating your package but are not liable for stolen or lost packages once marked as delivered.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

It is rare, but if you didn't receive your order, and the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, it is no longer the responsibility of The Sacred Hart. However, please let us know so that we can begin to work with you on a replacement product. In some cases we can replace the product, but in others we can only offer a discount for a replacement order.

Satisfaction Guarantee (Refund Policy)

We are so confident in the value and healing power of our products, that we offer a limited money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly work with you to replace the product or refund the amount paid, less the shipping cost and restock fee of $25.

To initiate a refund:
We must be informed at [email protected] within 14 days on your product being registered as delivered.

In the case of larger purchases ($150 or more), we reserve the right to investigate further and ensure your claims are not fraudulent (to get free products) before a refund is issued. We also have the right to request unused or unopened bottles be returned in case of a refund with a multi-bottle purchase. If you have any concerns, order less product to start.

For Replacements:

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason and want a replacement, we’ll work with you to make it right. Simply email [email protected] to give us more details and get assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
